How To Take Sildenafil & Tadalafil (Sildalist) 100 mg + 20 mg
It should be taken only as needed, and the drug is not intended for daily use. Tablet consumption must not exceed once per day.
Users should take just one tablet of Sildalist at least 20 minutes before sexual activity, but it’s recommended to give the tablet one hour to dissolve and start working. The usual dose of Sildalist consists of 100 mg of Sildenafil and 20 mg of Tadalafil.

One pill of Sildalist is taken orally, swallowed whole with a glassful of water, about 30 minutes before an anticipated sexual activity.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your usual dosing schedule.
Do not double a dose under any circumstances.
Overdose

Contraindications
