Description
Torsemide + Spironolactone (Dytor) 5 + 50 mg tablet is a combination of diuretics prescribed for the treatment of salt-retention induced edema and hypertension. Each tablet contains 5 mg of Torsemide and 50 mg of Spironolactone as its active ingredient.
Torsemide is a diuretic that works by decreasing edema and fluid retention by increasing urinary production, helping to minimize the risk of myocardial infarction , stroke, and kidney disease. Spironolactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic that works by increasing the secretion of water and sodium without interfering with potassium metabolism, with strong antagonistic activity against aldosterone in the distal nephron tubules.

How To Take
This medicine may be taken before or after food intake.
Try to take it at the same time each day. It must be taken regularly for it to be effective.

Contraindications
