Dapoxetine (Vriligy) 60 mg tabs is a short-acting, selective inhibitor of serotonin reuptake (SSRI) used in the treatment of male premature ejaculation.
Dapoxetine’s mode of action is assumed to be correlated with the inhibition of serotonin reuptake by nerve cells and the resulting stimulatory effects of serotonin activation on presynaptic and postsynaptic receptors.

How To Take Dapoxetine (Vriligy) 60 mg Tabs
This medicine may be taken with or without food. Swallow the whole tablet and take it with a full glass of water.
Try to take it at the same time each day. It must be taken regularly for it to be effective.
Take exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it unless instructed by the doctor.
Dosage of Dapoxetine (Vriligy) 60 mg Tabs
Adult: 18-64 years old; Initial: 30 mg approximately 1-3 hours before sexual activity. Subsequent doses adjusted according to the response. Maximum dose of 60 mg. Dose should not be taken more than once in 24 hours.
Missed Dose of Dapoxetine (Vriligy) 60 mg Tabs
If you often forget to take your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your usual dosing schedule.
Do not double a dose under any circumstances.
Symptoms of overdose may include the following:

People with the following medical conditions should not take Dapoxetine:
- Significant cardiac disease
- History of syncope or mania
- Bipolar disorder
- Severe depression
- Severe renal impairment
- Moderate to severe hepatic impairment
Dapoxetine may have the following side effects:
- Abdominal pain or distension
- Dry mouth
- Abnormal dreams
- Sleep disturbances
- Impaired attention
- Sexual dysfunction
- Visual disturbances
Do not take Dapoxetine with the following medicines:
- PDE-5 inhibitors
- Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors
- Serotonin Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors
- Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors
